Intentional Motherhood by Design

Intentionally design the motherhood experience you want to create.

Motherhood will always hold uncertainty. You can't control every part of it, but you may have more influence over your experience than you realize. Preparing for motherhood can also mean thinking about who you are becoming, not only preparing for the baby.

Intentional Motherhood by Design

A guided reflection and coaching experience for women considering motherhood, navigating pregnancy or maternity leave, and moving through the transition into motherhood. Make space to consider your identity, priorities, relationships, work, and family life before they are shaped entirely in the moment.

Includes guided reflection, a private coaching session, and a personalized insight report. Complimentary during the pilot phase.

What You'll Walk Away With

Motherhood is one of the most significant transitions of your life.

Look beyond the logistics of preparing for a baby and consider how you want motherhood and this next chapter to feel, function, and fit with the life you value.

  • A clearer picture of how you want motherhood and this next chapter to feel

  • Greater confidence around the decisions and trade-offs ahead

  • A stronger understanding of the woman and mother you are becoming

  • Clearer priorities and personalized areas of focus

  • Support, boundaries, and conversations worth considering

  • Routines and systems that could support the family life, relationships, and career you want

  • A written report you can return to as this season evolves

Philosophy

What if you have more influence than you realize?

So much of how we talk about motherhood centers on what you can't control: the unpredictable and the things that simply happen to you.

But there is another truth: while you cannot design every outcome, you can be thoughtful about what you bring to motherhood and what you build around yourself.

The values you lead with. The identity you allow to evolve. The systems you build, the support you ask for, the boundaries you hold, and the expectations you examine.

Intentional preparation doesn't remove the unknown. It changes who is meeting the unknown, and that changes everything.

This work is built on a simple belief: you have more influence than you realize, and the future is already taking shape whether you're intentional about it or not.

About Samantha

I help women become more intentional about who they are becoming.

Strategic Guide for Intentional Becoming

For as long as I can remember, I had a plan.

Build a meaningful career. Find the right partner. Start a family.

Like many women, I spent a great deal of time preparing for pregnancy, maternity leave, and a baby. I spent far less time thinking about who I wanted to become on the other side of it.

After my son was born, I discovered that motherhood wasn't simply a new role. It was an invitation to become a new version of myself.

Motherhood has been joyful, expansive, meaningful, fun, and deeply enriching. It didn't make me want to become less ambitious or less myself. It made me more thoughtful about what my ambition, time, relationships, career, and life were in service of.

At the same time, I kept hearing stories centered on overwhelm, sacrifice, and loss of identity. I began to question whether those outcomes were inevitable. While I couldn't control every part of motherhood, I could influence the systems, support, priorities, expectations, and mindset I brought to it.

I don't believe the goal is to preserve an old version of yourself at all costs. It is to give yourself permission to evolve deliberately. Motherhood can expand who we are, not simply ask us to hold on to who we were before.

That belief is why I help women make space to consider what motherhood could look and feel like for them, and who they want to be as it unfolds.

A Final Thought

The future is taking shape whether you're intentional about it or not.
